Kenneth McClure has experience as both in-house patent counsel and outside patent counsel. In addition, Kenneth has over ten years of experience as an engineer, inventor, and engineering manager. This diverse experience has proven to be extremely beneficial in tailoring legal services to align with the specific objectives of our clients.
Kenneth has extensive experience across the patent acquisition and monetization process, including invention mining, patent drafting and prosecution, claim charting, portfolio evaluation, patent mining, patent licensing, patent validity challenges, patent due diligence, and patent litigation support. In addition Kenneth excels in strengthening portfolios in view of diverse monetization activities.
